Days, weeks or even months may pass because running your business has taken precedence and somehow the plans you’ve had haven’t come to fruition. Or maybe you’ve made the time, but lacked some vital skill, knowledge or support to make the impact you wanted.

We’ve all been there.

It’s from that frustration at a wasted opportunity that UP Learning Groups were born. By talking to you, understanding your business needs and challenges, and the way you like to work, we create peer groups of like-minded business leaders who share a goal or aspiration. These are our Learning groups, the current topics we're working on are listed further down this page. 

Facilitated by the best in their field, Learning Groups give you the chance to share learning, explore solutions and innovate with a group of your peers. Within the collectives, you’re able to talk freely about your issues, seek advice from external experts that you choose and ask for research into topics that support your learning. We want you to emerge from a learning group experience with a new capability, and a new group of peers to bounce further business ideas off.

These sessions are demand-led.

We’re talking to you constantly about what you need and listening to what you tell us. We build groups of business leaders who are probably in completely different industries but share a common need. Each group will be carefully crafted to ensure that you get out as much as you put in!

This Collective, made up of businesses at a similar stage to you, will give the freedom to strategise, work through different ideas, draw on expert guidance, test different approaches and pick the brains of your peers. Managing Capacity & Quality While Growing: Participants of the collective look at key factors effecting businesses who are growing, and want to maintain their quality and reputation. This could include: knowing when to recruit; when to out-source; how to better manage time and people as you grow; and having accepted you can't do everything, finding ways to trust others to do it for you.
