As our experience has grown, we’ve been able to develop new schemes to support Cornish companies who want to grow and graduates who want to live and work in the county.
Through the UCP Graduate Placement programme we’ve helped over 600 businesses recruit more than 800 graduates who have brought fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and business growth. Graduates undertake projects which you see as key to your company’s growth and progression, supported by a UCP Business Development Manager and an extensive training and development fund.
UCP’s Graduate Business Start-up helps graduate entrepreneurs start and grow businesses in Cornwall, using our successful model of training, mentoring and financial assistance.
Our newest scheme, Gateway, is a great way for businesses to experience the impact of graduate talent and a win-win for both parties! With Gateway you can tap into easily accessible, early-stage graduate talent and benefit from an extra pair of hands.
www.GradCornwall.co.uk is the site dedicated to helping graduates find their graduate-level job. Developed by UCP, GradCornwall is the online platform where graduates and businesses can connect, vacancies are advertised and job-hunting support is readily available.
