Since 2004, over 600 business owners have been sharing their aspirations, challenges and many successes with us at UCP.

We’ve worked successfully with them to realise those aspirations by matching talented graduates with progressive Cornish companies to fuel innovation, growth, creativity, and economic prosperity. We’ve also helped graduates develop employability skills and get work experience, and - for graduates with an entrepreneurial spark - supported them in starting their own businesses.

Our time working with you has shown us that business owners would also like support to develop.

That’s why we’ve created another service, Unlocking Potential, which is all about giving you headspace to grow your business through inspiring events and peer-to-peer learning, directed by you. By tapping into Cornish knowledge and experience, plus providing access to industry experts, we hope to help your business reach its potential.

We're delighted to be hosting this fresh thinking and inspiring conference in partnership with Event Cornwall. Thrive is designed for Business Leaders who want discover new ways to help their business and their team thrive. Hear from local, national and international speakers including “Master Thief” Hamish Taylor and take away the tools you need to make your business thrive.
