Katie Rollason
Katie is a Business Enterprise Graduate from University of Plymouth.
She first met the UCP team as one of the pilot grads for the now infamous Stand Out from the Crowd course. She returned to her final year full of optimism about being able to create a career for herself in Cornwall.
Offered an 8 week internship with UCP whilst finishing her degree and coming in to work alongside Nicky and Debbie on the recruitment desk, over 2 years later and she is still here.
