TRAC is a progressive consultancy providing high quality regulatory services to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. They help clients navigate the complexities of the regulatory framework enabling them to bring their medicines to market ahead of time and on budget.

One of the most important development activities for the company has been working with Unlocking Cornish Potential (UCP). TRAC has had difficulty recruiting experienced regulatory affairs professionals to grow their business. Through UCP’s graduate recruitment programme, they’ve hired talented, local graduates which in turn have resulted in the growth of their client base.

“We are absolutely delighted with UCP and what it has enabled us to achieve.  Bringing in graduates with the right qualifications, interests and skills combined with the support provided has enabled us to create a firm foundation on which to build the business,” said Company Director, Jonathan Trethowan.

The graduate training programme designed for these new employees has been extremely successful. Having additional staff to develop their business has resulted in a significant increase in annual turnover. In acknowledgement of this achievement, TRAC were rewarded with the Graduate Development Award at the Cornwall College Business Excellence in Business Training Awards.
