Lonnie Mannell, Training Co-ordinator, Imerys explains how CCB worked with Imerys collaborated to achieve its goal of an efficient and motivated workforce:

“In September 2005 Imerys launched an initiative to assess and accredit its UK employees to National Occupational Standards through the achievement of NVQ's in Process Operations.

“CCB was chosen to deliver this bespoke programme. It has proven to be a successful partnership. The team from CCB have a thorough understanding of our business needs and constraints and ensure that they have an extremely flexible approach to the assessments, therefore ensuring minimal disruption to production. This approach has meant that they are accepted as part of our team and therefore gain the full co-operation and support from management and production personnel.”
