Established in 1982, Clear-flow originally formed as a liquid waste haulier and disposal contractor. Clear-flow now provides various services relative to hazardous and non-hazardous liquid waste management. Services include septic tank emptying and cleaning, drain unblocking, CCTV drain surveys, liquid waste tankering and sewer cleaning providing the complete service to home and business users across the region.
Clear-Flow’s aim is to provide clients with a high quality service in every aspect of their services; they are also fully committed to the development of the business. Their growth strategy has driven staff development, taking in all levels of the organisation from the core management team through to technical staff.

Training programmes over the last year have included the following courses: Customer Service, CIEH Health and Safety, Team Leading and Coaching, A1 Assessors Award and Leading to Success Degree Level Short Course.
The development activities have two main purposes. To ensure that all staff remain up to date with all regulations affecting the industry ensuring there are experienced professionals and secondly, to improve individual day to day performance.
Clear-Flow’s business development growth strategy and the investment in staff have been clearly illustrated in the feedback from their clients. They have also seen a year on year sales growth of 8% (in 2011) and have secured significant contracts.
