  • Person centred approaches

They do not confirm competence but relate to the knowledge elements covered in the mandatory units of the Health and Social Care Diploma at L2. They can be used as standalone qualifications or as part of the Apprenticeship in Health & Social Care at Level 2.

To achieve the Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care (QCF) candidates will need to complete 20 credits from 9 mandatory units
