There are no formal entry requirements, however you do need to have a job in housekeeping within the hospitality and catering industry, be motivated and have a basic understanding of the industry.
During this course, you will complete a number of mandatory and optional units.
This is a highly practical course where you will be observed in the working environment performing day to day duties laid out in your job specification.
Upon successful completion, you will have gained the knowledge and skills to be confident working in your housekeeping position within hospitality and catering.
In the future, you may be interested in progressing onto the Level 3 qualification.
