This course is for individuals working in a multi tasking job role who might cover everything from receiving, greeting and booking in customers, providing housekeeping services and food and drink preparation and service.
This is an ideal course for those employed in a hospitality service position within the hospitality and catering industry.
There are no formal entry requirements, however you do need to have a job in the hospitality service area within hospitality and catering, be motivated and have a basic understanding of the industry.
During this course, you will complete a number of mandatory and optional units.
This is a highly practical course where you will be observed in the working environment performing day to day duties laid out in your job specification.
Upon successful completion, you will have gained the knowledge and skills to be confident working in your position within hospitality and catering.
In the future, you may be interested in progressing onto the Level 3 qualification.
