With a Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing and Distribution, you are qualified to the level of a warehouse operator andÂ couldÂ progress to a more senior position with more responsibility e.g. warehouse supervisor or manager. Thereafter you can start working towards the Level 3 Certificate byÂ enrolling the advanced apprenticeship.

This apprenticeship is designed for people who want to train on the job and gain a nationally recognised qualification in warehousing and distribution; and supports those working in a training or assistant position in warehousing, storage or distribution.
To enrol in this apprenticeship, you need to be aged 16 and over, have a minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade C (ideally in English and Maths) and be employed in a suitable position.

This apprenticeship is work based, so you will receiveÂ training on the job for 1 year.
During this apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to select units to suit your jobÂ e.g. operating equipment, receiving and dispatching goods, managing stock levels, processing orders and storing goods safely.
You will put together a portfolio of evidence to show that you are competent at the tasks you do every day, while receiving support from experienced Cornwall College tutors.
Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the following qualification:
