Administrators provide office support and cover a variety of roles including executive assistants, secretaries and administration assistants. This course is a follow on from the Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

In the future, you may be interested in continuing your studies through Cornwall College Business and enrol in the customer service, team leading, people management or leader management apprenticeships. Thereafter, you may wish to study further and complete an FdA Business or FdA E-business Management, followed by a BA (Hons) Business Enterprise through Cornwall College.

This apprenticeship is designed for people who want to train on the job and gain a nationally recognised advanced qualification in Business Administration.
This apprenticeship supports a variety of administration job roles in any industry e.g. executive assistants, secretaries and administration assistants.
This is a follow on course from the Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
To enrol in this apprenticeship, you need to be aged 16 and over, have a minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade C (ideally in English and Maths) and be employed in a senior administrative role.
You must have completed the Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship or have the relevant experience.

You will attend lectures at the Camborne, St Austell or Saltash campus 1 day per week for 1 year, while the remainder of the week is spent in the workplace.
During this apprenticeship, you will build onto your Level 2 Certificate and develop advanced skills in leadership, management and business support. You will have the opportunity to select units to suit your job role and industry.
You will put together a portfolio of evidence to show that you are competent at the tasks you do every day, while receiving support from experienced Cornwall College tutors.
