Summary

Project Management

Do you want the skills to manage, monitor and control projects?

You will gain the skills required to develop a project from concept to detailed project plan. During the course you will understand how to monitor, control and evaluate projects and develop a project management plan linked to your own organisation.

“When you’re working in a small but busy company it’s easy to get bogged down in the day to day work, but completing a course like this enables you to take time out and make improvements to the way you do your job. Ultimately our clients’ and company reputation will benefit hugely for what is relatively little investment in time and money.” Rachel Picken, MPAD
