When the construction industry hit a crisis point at the beginning of the recession, Stephen Martin took part in Channel 4's Undercover Boss, which saw him trade in his suit for a hard hat and, armed with a cover story, he visited his construction sites to work alongside his frontline employees.

The programme helped him understand the consequences of his executive decisions and three years on, Clugston Group has made massive changes to the way that it operates. Stephen will share his experiences of the show and give practical tips to take away about the importance engaging with your team.
