This session will help you develop a check list for running successful events by identifying key areas including logistics, scheduling and teamwork.
11.00am Workshop – Choose one of the following:

This session will give you 5 tips for project management including aims & objectives, budgets, timescale, communication, how to gain feedback and measures of success.
Workshop 4 – Web Design & SEO

This session will look at websites identifying the good, the bad and the ugly. What works well, design for target audiences, good navigation and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to increase traffic to your web site.
12pm Buffet lunch & networking
Degree level short courses are modules from foundation degrees awarded by the University of Plymouth.
