Warrens make many varieties of savoury foods including traditional Cornish pasties, sandwiches and confectionery and are celebrating 150 years of production in 2010.

Mindful of the vast competition in the food manufacturing sector, along with the need to provide high quality customer service, Warrens have committed to a wide reaching training plan for their staff. Cornwall College Business worked closely with Warrens to understand the training needs of the organisation and developed a tailored programme for their retail bakery staff.  All the staff involved with the training programme receive a National Vocational Qualification level 2, while the company will profit from the benefits that improved customer service and sales techniques bring.
