Management
After school, Zoe started work within the civil service as an administrator. She later moved on to the public sector working for Cornwall College Business as a Support Supervisor when she decided to follow the apprenticeship route. She thought it was a good way to achieve qualifications while earning money.
Zoe said: “Another reason I became a Management apprentice was because I wanted to get a management qualification and this was a good place to start. Hopefully now this qualification will enable me to apply for other management jobs.
“I really enjoyed completing the ILM part of my apprenticeship as it has increased my confidence and also introduced me to new friends.”
She was able to implement the solutions from the projects she completed to benefit her team and workplace.
Zoe has since been promoted to Office Manager. She enjoys her job and hopes to progress further into a higher level management position within the organisation. Zoe is also interested in continuing her education by completing a Management NVQ4 or possibly another ILM qualification.
