Kath Walker

Kath has been a Business Development Advisor at CCB since 2008. She has over 17 years experience of working a range of businesses of various sizes and in many different sectors. Her career path has included working for the Training and Enterprise Council and Business Link. Kath’s key areas of expertise are organisational development, training needs analysis and she is well practised in working with managers and team leaders on personal development plans.  With Kath’s wealth of experience she is ideally suited as a point of contact for business to give advice and guidance on all aspects of training. Her specialisation is with the Retail, Environmental and Food & Drink Processing sectors and some of her clients include Warren’s Bakery, Seasalt and Drinkmaster.
