Ben Ryder

Ben served for 25 years in the Royal Marines and spent time training individuals in a number of specialist subjects including leadership and management. He has wide experience of managing and leading people especially within high profile events, the development of training packages for both military and civilian organisations and the professional development of staff. He is a member of the ILM and a qualified assessor and Internal Verifier. 

Goonvean, Tulip Foods, Tamar Foods, Imerys and West Pharmaceutical Services are a few of the organisations to whom Ben has delivered training.
