Richard Curnow

Richard has spent the majority of his career, over 20 years, with Lloyds TSB group. He managed branches throughout the South West and then became Senior Manager of the SW area office responsible for some 15 bank branches and 200 staff.

In 2005, Richard joined CCB bringing his specialist experience in customer service, marketing, project management, financial analysis and business strategy development and implementation.

He has since helped develop the Leadership and Management portfolio of training solutions for both small and large companies throughout Cornwall. These have included Samworth, St Austell Brewery, Minear Engineering, Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service and he is involved in delivering management qualifications by professional discussion and several workshop events.
