Hilary has designed and led, distance learning, bespoke training and workshops plus open courses for a range of companies including:  Cornwall leadership Academy, St Michaels Hotel, Coast2Coast, Pall, Tulip, A4E, West Country Training, Rezolve, Cornwall Council, RHCT, Cornwall Farmers, Unlocking Cornish Potential, Devon and Cornwall Probation Service within a range of management and work-based programmes.
