Michael Brown

Michael worked for 15 years in the Leisure Industry in sales, marketing and distribution roles, before moving into Learning and Development 15 years ago.
He works with clients in both the public and private sectors, many of whom ask for him by name and have worked with him for up to 10 years.  Clients include UBS, Goldman Sachs, Cisco, John Lewis and Jaguar.

Michael offers training in a variety of formats, including trainer-led, web-conferencing, Business Simulations, “Apprentice” – style challenges and most recently using Cisco’s TelePresence video conferencing.   He is a sought after conference speaker, and last year delivered regular keynote speeches in London, Singapore and San Francisco.

Michael has proven success at new hire level through to senior Directors.  He brings a blend of 30 years’ real life experience and youthful energy, and his style is often described as high impact, down to earth, practical and motivational.  His passion comes through, and people often say that he inspires them to push themselves to new levels.
