John Shaw MBE

John is a well- established trainer, assessor and consultant. He has over 30 years’ experience of training in the public and private sectors and has delivered training to a wide variety of organisations, including:
Ministry of Defence, Cornwall Council, Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service, NHS, Devon & Cornwall Police, Cornwall Farmers, West Pharmaceutical, Serco, St Austell Brewery, Ocean Housing and TJ International.

He holds the MBE for leadership, planning and humanitarian work in the UK and overseas and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). John specialises in Leadership and Management Training and LEAN Service Improvement.
